The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear public interest litigations seeking apex court-monitored CBI probe into the Vyapam scam that has rocked the Madhya Pradesh government.
“We can fix all the matters together. It will come on July 9,” a bench headed by Chief Justice H L Dattu said after senior advocate Vivek Tankha mentioned about the petitions.
