Comedian Trevor Noah wrapped up his India tour with heartfelt appreciation for his fans. He extended gratitude for the delicious cuisine and engaging debates he shared with Indian audiences. The Emmy award winner’s tour had an unexpected setback in Bengaluru when technical issues at the Manpho Convention Centre led to the cancellation of his shows.

Despite this, Noah conveyed his commitment to his Indian fans by promising a return to the city for an unforgettable performance. Sharing glimpses of his Indian journey, he stated, “Bangalore, our story isn’t over; I’ll be back for the best show ever.”

Noah sincerely apologized to those who had eagerly anticipated his Bengaluru shows, assuring them of full refunds. He explained that audio problems had made it impossible to proceed with the performances, emphasizing that it was an unprecedented occurrence. Despite the setbacks, Trevor Noah’s Indian tour ended on a note of gratitude and optimism for future shows.

Trevor Noah’s “Off The Record Tour” began on September 22, 2023 and ended on October 1, 2023. While he gave Delhi 3 days from September 22 to September 24, Bengaluru and Mumbai were given 2 days each; September 28 and 28, September 30 and October 1 respectively. Tickets were available for the public on BookMyShow platform.

Trevor’s comedy is widely appreciated and known for his sharp-witted take on politics and current events worldwide. This was the first time that the comedian performed in the country and the dates were extended due to popular demand.

Though Trevor’s show in Bengaluru did not go well due to technical issues, the comedian shared pictures on X, formerly Twitter, from his India tour and wrote about his experience in the country mentioning “rich history, delicious cuisine and fantastic arguments”.

In the post shared on X, he also hinted at a possible revisit to Bengaluru in future and wrote, “Bangalore, our story isn’t done, I’ll be back and next time we’ll make sure it’s the best show ever.”
