The Pune police have submitted their final report to the Juvenile Justice Board, requesting that the court treat as an adult the juvenile involved in last month’s Porsche accident that killed two people.
Pune City Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar claimed the report includes eyewitness statements, CCTV footage, and evidence of alcohol consumption by the juvenile on the night of the accident in the Kalyani Nagar area, as reported by PTI.
Additionally, a comprehensive report has been submitted to the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), supporting their request to treat a 17-year-old as an adult in the recent case.
The teenager, who police allege was driving drunk in a luxury car that collided with a motorcycle in the early hours of May 19, leaving two IT professionals dead, is now housed at an observation home in the city.

The police have petitioned to have the juvenile tried as an adult in this case. The footage supposedly shows him drinking at pubs, at home, and even behind the wheel of a car.
Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, both 24 and from Madhya Pradesh, tragically lost their lives when the speeding Porsche, reportedly driven by the underage accused, crashed into their motorcycle at Pune’s Kalyani Nagar junction around 2.30 am.
