A 26-year-old man died while riding a horse during his wedding procession in Sheopur district, Madhya Pradesh, according to media reports. The incident occurred on Friday night, and a video capturing his final moments was shared on social media the following day.

The groom, identified as Pradeep Jat, was the former district president of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Congress. Dr. RB Goyal, the civil surgeon at the district hospital, reported that Pradeep’s family rushed him to the hospital, but he had already passed away by the time they arrived. It is believed he may have suffered a heart attack.

In the video, he can be seen wearing traditional wedding attire and riding a horse toward the stage. He slowly leans forward and loses consciousness. A relative attempts to help him dismount, but Jat collapses before they can assist him.

In another recent tragedy, a Delhi man also passed away suddenly while dancing at a wedding in Unnao. Anuj Kumar, 25, from Madhu Vihar in New Delhi, had travelled with friends to attend the wedding of his friend Ankit in Daudpur, Hasanganj Kotwali.
