Netizens reacted and said, “that’s the longest earthquake I’ve felt in a VERY long time.” Others even said, “My sofa just got shaken – twice!” In the aftermath of the earthquake, Delhi Metro trains were stopped for 2-3 minutes as a precautionary measure, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).This was a peculiarly shocking moment for Gurugram residents where they battle intense waterlogging in the urban city and knee deep water, triggered by heavy rainfall.
Netizens broke into a meme-fest and shared various clips about the recurring events that shock India. While some shared scenes from movies of being divided between rushing out after the earthquake or protecting themselves from the pollution, other shared goodwill messages for residents of Delhi NCR.
