Due to Independence Day security measures, parking lots will not be available to commuters at the Delhi Metro stations from 6 a.m. on Friday i.e, 14th August till 2 p.m. on Saturday i.e, 15th August, 2015 in view of the security measures.
A DMRC statement said that the Delhi Metro has instructed all the parking contractors to use this opportunity for cleaning all the parking lots thoroughly in the spirit of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and will also depute its officials to inspect the parking sites for strict compliance.
