The Delhi Assembly Election 2025 is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) seeks a third consecutive term, while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress aim for a political comeback in the national capital. Voting begins at 7 a.m., and a crucial requirement for every voter is their Voter ID card.

Gone are the days when only physical copies of the Voter ID were available. The Election Commission of India now allows voters to download a digital version of their Voter ID, known as the e-EPIC card. This serves as valid identity proof for voting and can be accessed online through the official Voter Services Portal or the Voter Helpline App.

How to Download Your Voter ID Card Online

Voters can download their e-EPIC cards using two methods: through the Voter Services Portal or the Voter Helpline App.

Download e-EPIC Card via Voter Services Portal

Visit the official Voter Services Portal (www.voters.eci.gov.in).
Click the ‘Login’ button.
Enter your mobile number, password, and captcha code, then click ‘Request OTP’.
Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click ‘Verify & Login’.
Click on the ‘E-EPIC Download’ tab and choose either ‘EPIC No.’ or ‘Form Reference No.’.
Enter the required details, select your state, and click ‘Search’.
The Voter ID details will appear on the screen. Click ‘Send OTP’.
Enter the OTP received and click ‘Verify’.
Click ‘Download e-EPIC’ to obtain your digital Voter ID.

Download e-EPIC Card via Voter Helpline App

Download the ‘Voter Helpline’ app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Open the app and click on the ‘Personal Vault’ option.
Click ‘Login’ and enter your mobile number, password, and OTP.
Your e-EPIC card details will be displayed.
Click ‘Download’ to save it to your phone.

Store Your Digital Voter ID in DigiLocker

For easy access, voters can store their digital Voter ID in DigiLocker by uploading the PDF of their e-EPIC card. This ensures secure and hassle-free retrieval when needed.
