Booking.com has recently added its one-millionth property to the website. The soon-to-open Greydon House, in Nantucket, just 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, has became the one-millionth property to be added to the Booking.com platform. The hotel joins the website’s diverse array of unique accommodation options in over 30 different categories, ranging from boats, igloos, castles, and treehouses to apartments, villas, holiday homes and resort

“Empowering travellers with diversity and choice has always been at the core of our mission at Booking.com,” said Gillian Tans, CEO, Booking.com. “As we continue to expand and build relationships with accommodation providers in every corner of the globe, we are delivering on our promise to consumers that no matter who you are or what you’re looking for in a place to stay when you travel, we’ve got that one-in-a-million stay that’s just right for you. And the best part is that you don’t have to take our word for it—with more than 100 million reviews from real guests who’ve actually stayed at the property, you can guarantee that you’ll always find the perfect stay whoever you are and whatever you’re passionate about.”

Having doubled the number of properties on its platform in just two years, Booking.com today offers more than one million distinct properties that have over 23 million bookable rooms worldwide, including 7.2 million bookable rooms in homes, apartments, villas and other categories of unique places to stay. Over 70 per cent of the accommodation options on Booking.com go beyond the traditional hotel, giving travellers the widest choice of great accommodations, with over one billion guests having stayed at a Booking.com property since the site was born.
