Central Railway has announced revised running days for the CSMT-Latur Weekly Special train services in anticipation of the Diwali festival. This special train service aims to accommodate the increased passenger demand during the festive season.

The CSMT-Latur Weekly Special (Train No. 01105) will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in Mumbai at 00:30 hrs every Saturday from October 19 to November 9, 2024. The train is scheduled to arrive in Latur at 11:40 hrs the same day, operating a total of four services during this period.

Conversely, the return service (Train No. 01106) will leave Latur at 16:30 hrs every Saturday during the same timeframe, arriving back at CSMT Mumbai at 04:10 hrs the following day. This service will also run for a total of four weeks.

Train Halts and Composition

The special train will halt at several key stations, including Dadar, Thane, Kalyan, Lonavala, Pune, Uruli, Daund, Bhigwan, Jeur, Kem, Kurduwadi, Barsi Town, Osmanabad, and Harangul, ensuring convenient access for passengers along the route.

In terms of composition, the train will consist of two AC-III Tier coaches, eight Sleeper Class coaches, and eight Second Class coaches, including two Guard’s Brake Vans, catering to a variety of travel preferences and budgets.
