Delhi Metro will begin conducting its tenth customer satisfaction survey on Monday in order to get input from passengers on its services and other amenities at metro stations, as per an official statement.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in its statement on Sunday announced that a detailed questionnaire will be used to gather detailed feedback on specific themes from commuters during the month-long online survey, which runs from July 15 to August 14. It also stated that the poll will look for any suggestions for improvements.
Commuters who contribute to the survey can visit the official DMRC website at www.delhimetrorail.com and do so by clicking on the links listed on the homepage.
The statement stated that comment is being sought on seven themes covered in the survey, which is available in both Hindi and English. The commuters will have the opportunity to provide input on critical areas of metro operation, including information, quality of services, customer service, facilities outside metro stations, security, comfort, availability and accessibility.
According to the DMRC, the purpose of the poll is to learn how passengers feel about the services they are receiving. The results of the survey will be helpful in assessing and making necessary improvements in various components of the metro facilities and services, the corporation added.
