E-commerce enablement Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform Unicommerce reported a growth of 43 per cent in order item volumes on its platform during the festive season sale month of 2023 (7th Oct- 5th Nov) as compared to last year’s festive season (22nd Sep- 21st Oct). Over 3000 online sellers processed over 70 million order items through the Unicommerce platform during this year’s festive month, the company said in a statement.
During the festive season, 10 sellers successfully processed over a million order items, while more than 100 sellers processed over 1 lakh order items through the Unicommerce platform. D2C brands and retailers utilize Unicommerce’s platform to process transactions across various sales channels, including marketplaces, brand websites, and B2B orders.
The company serves brands across segments, encompassing Beauty and Personal Care, Fashion and Accessories, Home Decor, Health & Nutrition, FMCG, Electronic Peripherals, Homeware, Kitchenware, and more. Additionally, the company provides omnichannel solutions, allowing brands to handle their online orders through physical stores.

Furthermore, the company recorded revenue from operations at Rs 90.06 crore in FY23, up 52.5 per cent as compared to Rs 59.03 crore in FY22. As per its financial statement with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the company’s net profit before tax (PAT) also increased from Rs 6.9 crore in FY22 to Rs 8.9 crore in FY23.
In FY22, the company clocked 47.5 per cent growth in operating revenue — growing from Rs 40 crore in FY21 to Rs 59 crore in FY22. In FY 23, growth in operating revenue increased to 52.5 per cent — from Rs 59.03 crore in FY22 to Rs 90.06 in FY23.
Besides India, Unicommerce has operations in six other countries, including Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with clients like Edamama, RedTag, RSA Global, Airspeed, etc.
