Switch Mobility, a global manufacturer of electric buses and light commercial vehicles, has inked a MoU with MoEVing, an electric mobility technology platform, to deliver 2,500 SWITCH IeV4 LCVs to be deployed in the logistics sector.
The strategic alliance seeks to overhaul last-mile delivery operations, simultaneously advancing India’s objectives of curbing carbon emissions and fostering sustainable economic development.

The Switch IeV 4, a variant of the Switch IeV Series, is an intelligent electric light commercial vehicle (e-LCV). It features a 32.2 kWh battery, offers a spacious cargo area and delivers 120km range for safe, comfortable and efficient operations. The EV has a 60 kW motor and 230 Nm torque that provides a strong performance. The IeV 4 also boasts of 1700kg payload capacity and the Switch iON system – a proprietary, connected technology telematics solution helps businesses achieve smarter and more cost-effective fleet operations. The system optimises routes, promotes efficient driving, prevents breakdowns, and provides real-time data for streamlined deliveries.
