Omega Seiki has announced a strategic partnership with ReadyAssist to implement roadside assistance program for Omega Seiki’s three-wheelers.
In the inaugural year, ReadyAssist’s Roadside Assistance (RSA) program will cover all deployed OSM vehicles. Moving into the second year, a retail subscription plan will be introduced, granting all existing Omega Seiki vehicles access to ReadyAssist RSA.
Beyond roadside assistance, ReadyAssist will offer support for hub movements through towing services on ad-hoc orders, following a garage-to-garage (G2G) model.
