Gensol Engineering (GEL), a renewable energy and electric mobility company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Gujarat, to invest Rs 2,000 crore towards setting up an electric vehicle manufacturing unit.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel at the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. The new facility is expected to generate around 1,500 green jobs in the region.
