Euler Motors, an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled a new manufacturing and R&D facility in Palwal, Haryana. Covering 500,000 square feet with Rs 100 crore investment, the plant as per the company’s statement, will produce 36,000 vehicles annually and serve as the company’s national manufacturing hub.

The facility features an automated assembly line with a proprietary manufacturing execution system MES for efficient production by tracking the vehicle lifecycle from production to delivery and also includes advanced testing capabilities like dyno-testing, compliant shower testing, and a full-length track. The plant houses a testing and validation team, advanced R&D labs, and collaborations with engineering experts.
Saurav Kumar, Founder & CEO, Euler Motors said, “As we expand into new markets, and aim to achieve 15% growth in FY25, this state-of-the-art facility will help us respond to the increased customer demand and adapt to changes in processes and products with agility and flexibility. It will also strengthen the company’s position as a trusted and leading player in the Indian commercial EV segment”.
The facility, currently employing over 500 people with 20% women, plans to create more regional job opportunities and features a dedicated learning and development centre, ‘Kamar-Taj’, to address the skill gap in EV manufacturing.
The plant also features key automation initiatives including the EMS Hanger system, Trailing Arm Fitment Assist and a portable CMM. It incorporates advanced waste management systems, a sewage treatment plant, and a circular groundwater recharge system and also provides a gender-neutral workplace.
