Kinetic Green is aiming for 40% female representation in mid and senior management roles and ensures equal opportunities by filling women’s positions with other women. It announced a new initiative- ‘World in A Room’. The objective is promoting a more diverse work environment and providing women with a level playing field across the organisation where women can thrive, overcome challenges, and contribute to the future of green mobility.

‘World in A Room’, recently wrapped up at Kinetic Green’s Supa plant in Pune, Maharashtra, demonstrating its commitment to diversity through community engagement, plant-level initiatives, and leadership development. The event showcased programs like SheRise and SkillHer, offering women internships and specialized training, and introduced the Jayashree Firodia Innovation Award to honor women leading technological advancements. In addition, the participation of talented engineering students from Pune brought youthful energy and optimism to the event.

Under Sulajja Firodia Motwani’s leadership, Kinetic Green has been promoting women’s roles, including creating a 100% women-led assembly line for the E-Luna, showcasing its commitment to gender equality and innovation. The company also aims for 50% female participation on its two and three-wheeler and golf cart assembly lines, reinforcing its dedication to providing opportunities for women in technical and manufacturing roles.
