To celebrate the festive occasion, BluSmart launched a new tipping feature on the app allowing riders to tip drivers, with a festive campaign named Ride to Celebrate. The company, through this campaign, aims to match every tip given by riders, doubling the amount that gets credited to the driver’s weekly payout.
The riders can now easily add a tip to their fare at the end of each ride, making it simple and convenient, and will also receive a notification informing them that BluSmart has matched their tip.

Founded in 2019, BluSmart is an electric ride-hailing service and EV charging network in India and South Asia, that aims to “Decarbonize Mobility at Scale” by integrating energy, infrastructure, and technology. Operating in Delhi NCR and Bangalore, the company launched its first international service in the UAE as a premium all-electric limousine in June 2024 and has also received a US patent for its innovative allocation system for electric mobility, highlighting its commitment to technology and sustainability.
