Yellow.ai collaborates with Amazon Web Services solutions

The developer conference will involve collaboration between Silicon Valley developers, and Indian developers to address some of the most important issues in AI.

According to an official release, Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company,  announced that Yellow.ai, a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform, has chosen AWS as its preferred cloud provider to power its generative AI–powered voice bot and chatbot solutions. These dynamic AI agents is expected to improve customer experience with goal-driven conversations with customers while comprehending their needs and providing highly personalised responses. 

It is believed that the company’s customer service AI agents use large language models (LLMs) to deliver 24/7 support services across more than 35 text and voice-based channels in more than 135 languages.  

“With our migration to AWS, we plan to leverage price-performant generative AI solutions to make AI agents even smarter and more intuitive to enhance the customer experience,” Rashid Khan, chief product officer, co-founder , Yellow.ai, explained.

Yellow.ai is believed to include Amazon Bedrock, a managed foundation model (FM) service that gives businesses access to FMs, enabling Yellow.ai to prototype, iterate and scale generative AI applications. Furthermore, Yellow.ai aims to use the power of generative AI for engaging with customers to manage prospective leads, handle queries, offer personalised discounts, and share special offers, among other benefits.
