Genesys International, a mapping technology company, has secured an order to deploy its digital twin mapping technology for the redevelopment of Dharavi, reportedly Asia’s most densely populated urban settlement.

According to an official release, the order is valued at 22 crores (excluding GST), and has been awarded by Porter House. The project is anticipated to be completed within a timeframe of nine months. It’s believed that the Oyster 3D Maps platform will play a role in this project.

“I believe this project exemplifies Genesys’ commitment to pushing the boundaries in the mapping space. I think our team has been instrumental in this mapping project, capturing the attention of the geospatial community,” Sajid Malik, chairman and managing director, Genesys International.
