What is the one thing you like to do when not working?

When I am not working, I like to practice mindfulness. Getting into meditation or yoga helps you build a deep connection with your inner self, making you more self-aware and thoughtful about your actions. For me, being mindful means looking into my inner self, being aware of my body and surroundings, and just going with the flow of reality without fighting it. It’s pure magic!

I devote time to coaching young minds. It’s been a terrific learning experience for me as well to talk with them and support them when they are struggling. You grow into an enhanced version of yourself, and a leader ought to constantly implement the most significant knowledge into their organization while nurturing talent.

How do you spend your weekends?

I like to unwind on the weekends after a week filled with meetings, commitments, and travel for business. I like to spend time with my family, read & listen to books, and watch YouTube videos on investments and personal finance. I also take some time to organise my next week, organise my trip, and set up meetings.

What are your favourite gadgets?

I recently shifted to the Apple ecosystem, I bought an iPhone and Apple Watch and I love how seamless the experience on both devices is. I’m beginning to be a fan of Apple.

Given an option to choose another career, what would it be?

I have always liked to work in a technology business as it can have a huge impact at scale for the better. Very privileged to lead an innovative technology business. If not for this profession, maybe I would have been in the consulting business.

Which is your favourite vacation spot?

I love travelling, it’s my favourite escape, I enjoy hikes and adventure sports. One of my favourite destinations is Darjeeling.
