The development marks the second F&B contract given by Noida International Airport (NIA), an entity under Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL), which is developing the airport. YIAPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swiss firm Zurich Airport International AG.

Enhancing overall passenger experience

Earlier on March 6, NIA had partnered with Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd. (TFS) as its first concessionaire to establish a world-class lounge and multi-cuisine food and beverage outlets at the airport.

With this, NIA aims to offer an impressive array of food options, providing quality food in a hygienic environment to enhance the overall airport experience. The outlets will offer a world-class, yet affordable dining experience to customers, as per the statement by the airport.

Located approximately 75 kilometers from Delhi in the Jewar area of Gautam Buddh Nagar in western Uttar Pradesh, the airport is set to commence flight operations by the end of this year.

Once all four phases are completed, the airport will be able to handle 70 million passengers annually, with the initial phase capable of catering to the 12 million passengers each year.
