Airbus Helicopters and Indamer have entered into a pivotal partnership to provide cutting-edge after-market services for helicopters in India, marking a significant advancement for the rotary-wing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) ecosystem in the country. Under the authorization of Airbus Helicopters, Indamer is slated to deliver MRO services for Airbus helicopters at its state-of-the-art facilities in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Nagpur.

The inauguration of the Nagpur facility took place with the presence of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, along with key figures such as Romain Trapp, Executive Vice-President of Customer Support and Services for Airbus Helicopters, Prajay Patel, Director of Indamer Aviation Pvt. Ltd., Rémi Maillard, President and Managing Director of Airbus India and South Asia, and Sunny Guglani, Head of Helicopters, Airbus India and South Asia.

Prajay Patel, Director of Indamer Aviation, expressed gratitude for Airbus’ recognition, highlighting the company’s decade-long commitment to establishing a rotary-wing MRO division. This strategic decision aligns with the increasing demands of Indian customers for helicopters.

The collaboration between Indamer and Airbus Helicopters is poised to bring faster turnaround times for servicing, creating an efficient after-market experience for Airbus Helicopters’ customers in India and the broader South Asia region.
