End-to-end network solutions provider Precision group is looking for acquisitions and organic growth within India. The company’s biometric and ERP wings are expected to add to the topline this year.

The Precision Group has five subsidiaries. Precision Infomatics sells network products and offers related services and training. The company will expand its presence in Kolkata this year. Precision Techserve offers enterprise connectivity, infrastructure and remote infrastructure management. The group company is looking for acquisitions to ramp up its workforce.

Mathew Chacko, director, Precision Infomatic (M) Pvt Ltd, said: “We are analysing the situations and are open to both organic and inorganic growth.” However, he refused to divulge financial details of the proposed acquisitions.

Infomatic has set up its team in the US and is now actively strengthening the workforce, he said. The company’s US operations were set up to handle the remote infrastructure management services, he added.

Precision Galaxy is the retail outlet that sells hardware. Precision Techonet offers ERP services. The company is looking for buy outs that will complement its offerings. Precision Biometric offers security solutions using finger-print recognition.

Biometric will also offer facial recognition in the near future, Mathew said. The company will partner with original equipment manufacturers to make biometric products and has already bagged an order for about 1,000 devices, he said. The company is expected to contribute about Rs 10 crore to the group’s revenue this year, he added.

The group is expected to clock between Rs 450 crore and Rs 500 crore this fiscal, he said.
