Global software major IBM on Saturday said it has set up a ‘Human Ability and Accessibility Centre’ for introducing new innovative software solutions, which will address special needs of people with disabilities.

The solutions would make technology and information easily accessible to people with visual, cognitive and motor disabilities.

The centre located at the India Research Lab will deploy some innovative solutions developed by IBM Research to address the special needs of differently-abled people, IBM India & South Asia Managing Director Shanker Annaswamy said.
