The CBI on Tuesday told SC that Reliance Telecom?s plea seeking recall of its April 2011 order that restrained all the courts in the country from hearing the 2G spectrum case should be rejected. The CBI said RTL had sought recall of the order after more than 27 months of the passing of the order on April 11, 2011 and such order was necessary for fair prosecution of the case.
