The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the CBI to place before it by August 7 the details of Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) meeting in which the Aircel-Maxis deal was cleared. Expressing displeasure over the delay in filing the chargesheet in the Aircel-Maxis case despite the lapse of almost two years after filing of the FIR in October 2011, the bench asked the agency to finish the probe in the case by October 3.
