IndiGo has approached the Delhi High Court to reclaim ₹900 crore from the Customs department for IGST and cess paid on aircraft parts re-imported into India. The airline argues that these taxes were declared unconstitutional in March and it had filed refund claims, which were rejected by Customs. The case will now be heard by a different bench after one judge recused herself.
