India’s job market saw a 23% increase in hiring activity in 2025, with both metro and Tier-2 cities driving the surge. Bengaluru and Hyderabad remained top hiring hotspots, but Tier-2 cities like Coimbatore and Ahmedabad also emerged as high-growth talent hubs. The rise of non-traditional sectors like non-profits, consumer electronics, healthcare & pharmaceuticals also contributed to job market.
