Polk to replace Banga in Unilever

Banga will be leaving the company after a long stint.

FMCG major, Unilever, today said that it has appointed Michael B Polk as its President (Global Foods, Home and Personal Care) in place of Vindi Banga, who has decided to leave the company in May.

“Banga, currently President, Global Foods, Home and Personal Care and a member of the Unilever Executive has decided to leave Unilever at the end of May and he will be replaced by Michael B Polk,” a press release said here.

Polk is currently President, Americas.

Mike will be succeeded by Dave Lewis, currently Executive Vice-President of Unilever, UK and Ireland.
