While Google has remained silent on the release dates, specifications and price of the highly anticipated, Google Nexus 7, accroding to certain reports the tablet is expected to be launched by Thanksgiving (November 24). If rumours are to be believed, the technology world will see the Nexus 7 hit the stores by the end of November. The reports also suggest that Android 7.0 will be present in the tablet, which will be a first. Google recently decided to suspend the Nexus 9 sale which has given fuel to the speculations of Google Nexus 7 2016 getting launched before September.
Android Nougat’s meanwhile will be released but before that Google’s security update will make its way into the first week of the month. The new Google Nexus 7 tablet will reportedly have better specifications which includes bigger storage option and also an NVIDIA Processor. The price of Google Nexus 7 2016 estimated by the reports is $ 260. It is expected that the Google Nexus 7 will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor, and memory of 4GB RAM, along with an expandable internal storage which will enable people to work in high-end multitasking options.

There is no official information yet, but according to the rumours doing the rounds the new tablet will be equipped with 128GB internal storage. Recently Google also launched Google Nexus 7 smartphones Marlin and Sailfish. If the rumors turn out to be true, Google Nexus 7 will be the first device to be sold in the tech market which has an Android 7.0 platform.
The Google Nexus 7 tablet will likely come with new features like muti-window support, Virtual Reality Platform Daydream, remote bug reports facility, new folder looks, Night mode option etc.
