Veteran BJP leader LK Advani has today welcomed the Supreme Court’s observation that all parties should try to settle the Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid case out of the court and come out with a proper solution. Praising the top court’s observation while interacting with media persons, he said that all parties involved in the matter should try to come to a consensus.
His statement comes moment after meeting Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who had come to see him. Speaking on the issue the new chief minister had also welcomed the Supreme Court’s observation saying all sides should sit and talk on the issue and the state government will also prove all help on the matter when required.
Earlier in the day, the apex court had observed that all parties in the case should sit together and resolve the issue. Its observation had come two days after Yogi Adityanath government came to power in Uttar Pradesh. The top court also said that in case the negotiation is not successful then it was mediate if required.

During the hearing, the top court has also asked senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy to mention the matter before it on or before March 31, who had sought an urgent hearing in the case, saying it was a sensitive matter.
In a related development. CM Akhilesh Yadav today approved the NDA Government’s proposal to build Ramayana Museum in Ayodhya, not very far from the disputed site. The project was stalled during the time of previous government in the state.
