Earthquake in India: A moderate quake, of 4.3 magnitude on the Richter scale, rocked the country's northeastern states on Sunday, an official said. The quake was felt at 4.04 pm with its epicentre located in Assam's Darrang district, said an official of the Regional Seismological Centre here.

Earthquake in India today: A report from Shillong said the moderate intensity tremor was also felt in Meghalaya having the intensity of 4.3 on Richter scale.
