Publisher Take-Two Interactive has already postponed GTA 6 twice – first from a late 2025 window to May 2026, and most recently to the current confirmed official date of November 19, 2026. Despite this official November timeline, a lack of transparency and persistent rumours have led to the rise in speculations that the game could face yet another setback.

Why GTA 6 fans should wait for February 2026

While there is no guarantee that GTA 6 will be discussed during the call, the consistent pattern suggests that the February 5 window represents the next likely moment for a definitive status update. Analysts believe the call will either confirm the November 2026 launch date as the marketing campaign finally ramps up, or, potentially, deliver news of a third delay – a development that could disappoint fans further.

Being a GTA 6 fans, however, fans are now conditioned to anticipate delays given the project’s much-hyped unprecedented scale and complexity. Some even say that Rockstar Games could release a third gameplay trailer to pacify the waiting fans, thus making the wait a tad sweeter. Many even suggest that Rockstar Games could show a preview of an updated GTA Online based on the setting of the GTA 6 Story Mode.
