This new series will serve as the successor to the Vivo S19 lineup, bringing upgraded features and specifications.

What to expect from the Vivo S20 and S20 Pro

The Vivo S20 series is expected to deliver cutting-edge performance, with the Vivo S20 Pro featuring the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Meanwhile, the standard Vivo S20 model is likely to run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, ensuring a smooth user experience. The launch will be streamed live, although the link is yet to be shared by the company.

Design and colours

Vivo has teased the design of both the S20 and S20 Pro on Weibo, showcasing their stunning colour options. The standard Vivo S20 will be available in three colour variants: Jade Dew White, Phoenix Feather Gold, and Pine Smoke. On the other hand, the Vivo S20 Pro will come in Feather Gold, Pine Smoke Ink, and Purple Air.

Camera and battery features

The Vivo S20 Pro is poised to impress with its camera setup, featuring a triple rear camera system. This includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera for exceptional zoom capabilities. The regular Vivo S20 will offer a dual rear camera setup, though specific details are still under wraps.

Battery life won’t be a concern with both models. The Vivo S20 will pack a massive 6,500mAh battery, while the S20 Pro will be equipped with a 5,000mAh unit, both supporting extended usage throughout the day.
