With the launch of iPhone 15 at Apple “Wonderlust”, potential iPhone buyers now have three options to choose from as they fall in the same array: iPhone 13, iPhone 14, and iPhone 15.
Before we start comparing these three iPhones, let’s face it: iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 were literally the same device with some tweaks and minor upgrades. However, things have certainly improved with the launch of the iPhone 15, and it hasn’t disappointed yet, to be honest.
And, iPhone 15 is basically iPhone 14 Pro minus Always On Display, 120Hz refresh rate support and the three-camera setup, because why not? Let’s talk about functions that really affect a consumer’s daily life, and this statement may corroborate it.

iPhone 15 vs iPhone 14 vs iPhone 13: Camera
While the iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 sport a 12MP primary lens on the rear, the iPhone 15 comes strong with a 48MP lens on the rear. Notably, 48MP was exclusive to the previous year’s “Pro” models. Two camera features are exclusive to iPhone 14 and iPhone 15: Action Mode, and Photonic Engine. iPhone 13 misses these.

iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 miss on Dynamic Island, and feature a notch. Apart from this, all three phones have the same 6.1” Super Retina XDR display with 60Hz refresh rate support. The brightness has also improved with iPhone 15 which now supports up to 2,000nits.

In terms of hardware, both the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 come with the same processor — A15 Bionic Chip. iPhone 15 gets an edge over peers with last year’s A16 Bionic Chip. Above all, the iPhone 15 series marks the first iPhone series to finally support a USB-C port.

All three phones—iPhone 13, iPhone 14, and iPhone 15 come in three storage variants, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. iPhone 15 starts at Rs 79,990, iPhone 14 starts at Rs 69,900 and the iPhone 13 base variant starts at Rs 59,900. So, there’s a Rs 20,000 difference between the iPhone 13 and the iPhone 15.
iPhone 13 is available in six colours—Green, Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and Red. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 comes in six colours—Blue, Purple, Yellow, Midnight, Strarlight, and Red. The latest iPhone 15 misses the Red colour and comes in five colours instead—Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Black.
