Apple is reportedly still on track to launch a new iPad mini 7 and two new iPad Air models in the coming months, according to a new report from 9to5Mac.
The new iPad mini 7 is expected to have the same design as the current model but with a faster chip. The new iPad Air models are rumoured to feature a new design with smaller bezels and a larger display. All three new iPads are expected to launch with a future version of iPadOS 17 which means we can expect them sometime between now and WWDC 2024 in June.

The launch of the new iPads is eagerly awaited by many Apple fans. The iPad mini is a popular choice for users who want a powerful and portable tablet, while the iPad Air is a good middle ground between the iPad mini and the iPad Pro. Apple has not yet officially confirmed the launch of any new iPads. However, the report from 9to5Mac is based on information from its sources.
Apple is also said to be working on a foldable iPad. According to a report from DigiTimes, the company has been working on a foldable smartphone for years and now it is looking to take the iPad under this project. This means we may get to see a foldable iPad one day. While there are no further details on this product, it corroborates one of Ming-Chi Kuo’s reports that claimed Apple could launch its first-ever foldable iPad in 2024. Kuo in January had reported that Apple will launch a foldable iPad in 2024 with a carbon fiber kickstand.
In his series of tweets, he explained that a carbon kickstand will bolster the durability of the iPad and make it weigh lighter. Kuo claims that this iPad will be the next big thing in the iPad lineup with no other major Pad releases to happen in the next nine to 12 months. Kuo is very “positive” that the foldable device will arrive in 2024.
