Recently, Preity Zinta, famous for starring in movies like Koi Mil Gaya, Veer Zara and Kal Ho Naa Ho, sold off her Bandra apartment for Rs 14.08 crores according to property registration documents accessed by CME Matrix.
The actress had bought the flat in 2023 for Rs 17.01 crores from Keystone Realtors, also known as Rustomjee Group. Now in 2025, she sold it at a depreciated value of Rs 14.08 crores.
Details of the Bandra flat
Preity Zinta’s Bandra flat is located on the 11th floor of a building named Parishram by Rustomjee according to the property registration documents. It measures roughly 1,474 square feet and comes with two parking lots. The sale was registered on November 21, 2025 with a stamp duty of over Rs 16.47 crores and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 being paid.
The flat was sold to an individual named Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi as per the property registration documents. According to the Hindustan Times, sources close to the actress have said that she plans on reinvesting the amount gained from the transaction into another luxury real estate purchase.
