Salman Khan recently sold a premium apartment in Mumbai’s upscale neighbourhood, Bandra West, which is where the superstar’s family home is located as well. The sale was made for a whopping Rs 5.35 crore, as per official property records accessed via Maharashtra’s Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal. Reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards, the sale was formally registered in July 2025.

The property that was sold is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, a residential building situated in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. According to the documents, the apartment spans approximately 122.45 square metres (about 1,318 square feet) and comes with three designated car parking spots. The transaction also included a stamp duty of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000.

Bandra West is one of Mumbai’s most prestigious real estate zones, known for its luxury highrises, historic villas, and thriving commercial hubs. The area is also pretty well connected, via the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and the under-construction metro corridors. Its proximity to key business districts such as BKC, Lower Parel, and the international airport further adds value among both residents and investors.

According to Storyboard18, the actor had signed a 36-month rental agreement, earning a total of Rs 56.64 lakh over the three-year term. The rent started at Rs 1.5 lakh per month in the first year, then rose to Rs 1.57 lakh in the second, and Rs 1.65 lakh in the final year.
