You can now experience luxury shopping like never before. Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries has inaugurated Jio World Plaza, India’s most expensive mall, on November 1 in Mumbai.

Located in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), this opulent mall is set to become the nation’s most exclusive and extravagant mall.
Jio World Plaza will provide a range of services, including personal shoppers, VIP concierge, wedding concierge, and porter services, elevating the luxury shopping experience for its patrons.
Brands that have opened
Spread over 7,50,000 sq ft, the luxe mall will have 66 globally renowned iconic brands. The high-end brands that will make Jio World Plaza their home include Bottega Veneta, Cartier, Bulgari, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Valentino, Versace, Dior, Balenciaga, Rolex, IWC Schaffhausen, Jimmy Choo, Pottery Barn Rimowa, and many more.
Valentino, Versace, Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, and Pottery Barn, amongst several others, have opened their first store in Mumbai at Jio World Plaza. Dior also opened its first menswear store. Louis Vuitton’s new flagship store at the plaza is supposedly the largest international luxury store in India. Alia Bhatt’s children’s clothing brand Ed-a-Mamma will also have a pop-up store at the luxury mall. Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, Rahul Mishra, Falguni and Shane Peacock, and Ritu Kumar are amongst the renowned Indian fashion designers, who will call JWP home.
As per reports, LV is paying a monthly rent of Rs 40.50 lakh for four units totaling 7,365 sq ft. Balenciaga will also have its first flagship store in India at Jio World Plaza and as per reports, it will be paying a monthly rent of Rs 40 lakh. Similarly, Dior has leased two units of 3,317 sq ft for a monthly rent of Rs 21.56 lakh. Notably, according to Reuters, the leading luxury brands stationed at Jio World Plaza also have to share between 4% and 12% of their monthly net revenue with Reliance.

Who all attended the opening
The fashion show at Jio World Plaza titled “The New Order Of Style” featured 8 designers and 120 models gracing the runway. Manish Malhotra, Falguni Shane Peacock, Abu-Jani Sandeep Khosla, Rahul Mishra, Satya Paul, and Ri by Ritu Kumar showcased their collections at the Jio World Plaza. Shanaya Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, and Sara Ali Khan among others made striking appearances as show-stoppers for their respective brands.
