Bharat Forge, a leading forging company has announced that its Board of Directors have approved the reappointment of Amit Kalyani as a Whole-time Director designated as Vice-Chairman and Joint MD of the company.
The flagship company of the $3 billion (Rs 25,000 crore) Kalyani Group and a global provider of high-performance, innovative, safety & critical components and solutions to various sectors including automotive, railways, defence, construction & mining, aerospace, marine and oil & gas.
Amit Kalyani is the son of Babasaheb N. Kalyani, Chairman and MD of the company.
