According to an official release, HaiVE, an on-premise AI R&D firm, introduced its new free and open-source self-hostable AI assistant. This assistant is expected to allow companies to deploy automated customer service securely behind their firewall.
“We plan to provide an AI-powered multi-role agent with the flexibility of both cloud and open-source self-hosted deployments. These agents can communicate through channels such as calls, sms, whatsapp, Freshworks, Zendesk and Salesforce, among others,” Arjun Reddy, co-founder, HaiVe, explained.
It is believed that this assistant can benefit sectors such as finance and healthcare, among others, with data compliance standards. This self-hostable assistant is expected to provide customisable AI automation while ensuring the safety of sensitive information.
By providing both self-hosted and hosted assistants that can function in sales, business analysis, customer support and more roles, HaiVE plans to provide the industry with versatile AI options, securely. The company is believed to enable partners to build their model to fit their needs or custom infrastructure, for compliance and security.
