Google released Android 14 at its “Made by Google” event on October 4, 2023. Being Google’s product, Pixel phones got it first and the newly released Pixel 8 series is getting seven years of major OS upgrades.
Several consumer tech brands are pushing out the update to eligible devices, starting from brands like Vivo that have already released a list of eligible devices, but Android flagship Samsung is no behind.

Unlike the previous year when Samsung took extra time to roll out Android 5-based OneUI 5.0, the Korean consumer tech brand is now looking forward to releasing it early. One UI 6.0 is anticipated to roll out from later this month or early November.
