OnePlus has scheduled its Summer Launch event for July 8, targeting both Indian and global audiences. During the event, the company is set to debut the highly anticipated OnePlus Nord 5, along with the Nord CE 5 and the OnePlus Buds 4. The Nord CE 5 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip for performance. Earlier, the smartphones appeared on several certification platforms, such as TUV Rheinland and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), suggesting that their official launch is just around the corner. In addition, the soon-to-launch Buds 4 true wireless earbuds will be equipped with dual DAC drivers and will support LHDC 5.0 audio technology.

OnePlus has announced that it will unveil the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 smartphones in India on July 8 at 2 PM IST, along with the OnePlus Buds 4. According to a press release, these new devices will be sold through the brand’s official online store and Amazon India.

OnePlus is gearing up to introduce the Nord CE in the Indian market, with the base variant expected to be priced at Rs 25,000. Positioned as a mid-range offering, the device aims to deliver a balance of performance and value, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious consumers.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 is expected to sport a slightly smaller 6.77-inch AMOLED display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels. It is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and available in two storage options: 128GB and 256GB.
In terms of cameras, the Nord CE 5 may feature a dual rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the front could house a 16MP selfie shooter. The device is also rumored to pack a 5,200mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging. Color choices may include Black Infinity and Marble Mist.
