Apple made headlines recently with its most anticipated release of the iPhone 15 series. The top-premium iPhone 15 Pro has gone through a significant transition with a more premium body adorned with an Action Button. What’s even better is that it is made of pure titanium.
However, this premium body reportedly fades away after multiple uses. This came to light after a post emerged on X, formerly Twitter, from a user named Jose Antonio Ponto.

This translates to (via Google Translate), “USB Type C port (first time on an iPhone) Action button (quick access to apps or features, only available on iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max) 5X optical zoom (only available on 15 Pro Max version).”
As per the pictures attached to the post, we can see that the area around the buttons is fading, and there could be a chance of discolouration in the new Pro iPhones. Another user on X claimed that it’s a bad idea to paint titanium because this metal is known to regain its original form and lose extra colours. Notably, Apple hasn’t yet reacted to this.

Case maker Spigen, which had recently given us some early glimpses of the iPhone 15 Pro series’ action button, saw it as an opportunity to market its product with a witty line. It writes, “no worries, slap on a case.”
