Reports suggest, the timing is strategic aligning with European and Asian markets, where the event will be available to watch at a relatively “watchable” time since it won’t be too late in the night. Apple Let Loose Event 2024: What to expect
On May 7, the iPad Air, Apple’s mid-tier tablet, will be reportedly updated during the Let Loose Event 2024. The big news comes that Apple will add a second, larger screen option for the first time. The new 12.9-inch version will match the size of the iPad Pro, giving consumers a cost-effective way to get a large-screen tablet. The current 10.9-inch version will still be available and both models will likely be updated with the M2 chip.
The event will be showcasing a new iPad Pro with an updated design and an OLED display. The new iPad Pros are expected to come in 11-inch and 12.9-inch screen sizes and might include Apple’s M4 processor.
The updated Apple Pencil is expected to include haptic feedback while the new Magic Keyboard will offer better durability and an aluminium chassis, reports suggest.
