The commercial property deed was registered on June 27, 2024. Alongside the monthly rent, Bhatia paid a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh and a stamp duty of Rs 2.9 lakh. The rent agreement includes an escalation clause where the monthly rent will increase to Rs 20.16 lakh from the fourth year onwards and Rs 20.96 lakh from the fifth year.
