After 28 years of marriage, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have moved on from more than just their relationship; they have also sold their luxurious Los Angeles home.

The Hidden Hills property, which had been on and off the real estate market for over a year, finally found a buyer for $12.65 million, according to Realtor.com, nearly $5 million less than the couple’s original asking price

Loughlin, best known for her role on Full House, and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli announced their separation in early October.

A representative for Loughlin confirmed to Page Six that the couple is now “living apart,” though no legal proceedings have been initiated yet.

The two privately eloped in November 1997 and share two daughters: Olivia Jade, 26, an influencer, and Isabella Rose, 27, an actress.

The hidden hills estate

The contemporary farmhouse spans more than 11,800 square feet, featuring warm maple floors, soaring ceilings, and spacious outdoor areas designed for entertaining.

Hidden Hills is a gated community that houses several celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. Loughlin and Giannulli purchased the property in August 2020 for $9.5 million, just before both were sentenced to prison for their roles in the Varsity

Blues college admissions scandal. Mossimo served five months, while Loughlin served two. Their daughters had been fraudulently admitted to the University of Southern California as athletic recruits, making headlines nationwide.

The Hidden Hills mansion spent less than five years in the couple’s ownership. Initially listed in April 2024 at $17.5 million, the property underwent several price reductions: down to $16.5 million in February 2025 and then $14.95 million in July.

The final sale price of $12.65 million reflects a significant drop from the initial listing but finally closed the chapter on the estate.

While the sale marks the end of their Hidden Hills home, it comes amid the beginning of new personal chapters for both Loughlin and Giannulli.

For now, the couple appears focused on life apart and moving forward, leaving their celebrity estate behind in the heart of Los Angeles’ star-studded enclave.
