Location
About 26 km off the mainland, the estate is only approachable by water. With a boat, yacht, or seaplane as the only mode of transport, it is truly a billionaire’s dream destination. Nearly $3.5 million for each villa, Ronaldo has purchased two villas, one of them being a cosy two-bedroom villa for the couple’s romantic getaways. The second one, spacious and airy, is a three-bedroom family villa for their five children.

Designed by teams linked to Lord Norman Foster’s practice, it is a low-rise sculptural villas that blend the Red Sea island’s dunes and rocky terrain. Standalone and detached, they give a private view of the water. With no overlooking neighbours, it is the ultimate private getaway from the global football icon and his family.
There are shaded decks and an infinity pool privately attached to each villa, giving the residents a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset. With separate lounging zones outdoors, they feature daybeds, cabanas, and dining terraces for al‑fresco dinners and a memorable time under the stars.
Amid the vast estate, there are even telescopes on the deck for stargazing, as residents can walk up to their luxury experiences offering a spa, fine-dining restaurants, dive centre, and even water sports.
What do the interiors look like?
Several reports share that the interiors of the $8 million estate are nothing short of coastal beauty. Embodying the beauty of the Red Sea islands, the interiors compliment the serene exteriors with a sand and cream colour palette. The upholstery and decor echo teal tones that create the perfect companion to the water desert.
The oversized bedrooms are complete with baths, soaking tubs, and rain showers which open to private courtyards. No billionaire villa is complete without a walk-in wardrobe and exclusive services that cater to Ronaldo and Georgina’s lavish lifestyle.
On the extravagant purchase, Ronaldo shared that the Red Sea estate was ‘truly remarkable’ and that his wife felt ‘peace and tranquillity’ there.
