Garware Fulflex India Private Limited on Thursday announced the acquisition of Avcor Healthcare Products Inc., a US-based developer, manufacturer, and marketer of medical products for both institutional and consumer or retail healthcare markets.

As part of the asset purchase agreement, Garware Fulflex integrated Avcor Healthcare Products Inc. into its global portfolio, serving both existing and new customers with a wider range of medical consumable products, the company said in a statement.
