Appinventiv, a Noida-based technology services company, has completed 10 years of operations, recording a revenue of approximately Rs 350 crores. The company has grown organically since its founding on March 18, 2015, without any external funding, according to an official release.

Initially launched as a mobile app development firm, Appinventiv claims to have expanded into AI, blockchain, cloud computing, IoT, AR/VR, and enterprise software. The company further claims to have delivered more than 3,000 projects across 35 industries and currently employs more than 1,600 people across India, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE, the release mentioned.

Standalone services to integrated technology

In 2018, Appinventiv claims to have shifted from standalone services to integrated technology platforms, enabling clients to deploy combined digital solutions such as AI-powered apps and cloud-enabled systems. Clients include KFC, Domino’s, IKEA, Adidas, KPMG, Pizza Hut, and Dream11, along with public sector projects in India and Qatar.

The company reports a 90% client retention rate and continued to expand hiring during the COVID-19 pandemic and 2023 downturn, avoiding layoffs, as per the release.

“Our journey has been about sustainable growth, not growth at all costs,” said Saurabh Singh, the firm’s CEO. “By reinvesting our own earnings, we’ve built a resilient company focused on long-term client value rather than short-term investor pressures. This independence has allowed us to be agile, to pivot towards integrated technologies like AI and blockchain, and to build a culture that our team is proud of. Our growth is a direct result of our clients’ success.”

Appinventiv Foundation

In 2023, the company launched the Appinventiv Foundation and pledged Rs 50 lakhs towards community initiatives. In 2024, it introduced the Rs 1 crore Edu-Boost Scholarship Program for underprivileged students in tech, earning the “Best Education Scholarship Award” at the Indian CSR Awards.

Looking ahead, Appinventiv noted to be developing industry-specific accelerators and exploring strategic acquisitions to further its capabilities in digital transformation.
